Supply List Fabulous Fusible Flower Geranium There is a 12.00 kit fee for the class. This includes a pattern.Bring to class: 1 yard of a background fabric in a color like, dark blue, black, brown, or green. If you are not sure what color will work best, bring more than 1 choice. You can also bring mediums and light backgrounds as long as the flower color shows up well on that color. Decide what color you would like to work with for your flower color. Pick a color family you love. Bring to class at least 20 fat quarters of your chosen flower color. They need to range from dark to light. (Example: If I wanted a red flower. I would bring 5 dark burgundies to dark reds, 5 medium reds to pink reds and 5 light pink, salmons, lavenders to the lightest pinks.) If not sure bring about what is a light medium or dark, Bring what you have and I will help you in class. We will be making our own personal color chart with your fabrics in class. You will need 2 bright yellows for the stamens in the center of the flower. These can be small scraps. 1/4 yards of 5 greens that range from dark to light and that you like with your flower colors. 3-4 yards of Steam-A-Seam 2 18” wide. If all you can fine is in packages, bring at least 3 packs. I will bring some to class if you can’t find it or you run out. Make sure it’s not the light. You will need an iron and ironing pad. Some guilds/shops provide irons and board which is great so you have more room at your table. Scissors. They need to be sharp and comfortable. Large for cutting out the fabric and paper scissors for paper. Foam core board is nice to have to pin you work on in class .like a design board and to help in transporting of your flower home. You can get this at and office supply store or craft store. 18”x 24”is a good size. Pencil, marking pen (Sharpie) tracing paper, and straight pins also are helpful l.
