This was a study in greens.
The picture I used was 1" x 1".
The chartreuse color of the leaves was
so beautiful but I had to blow up the picture to see the leaf shapes.
When I did, I lost the intense color. Therefore, I used the small
magazine picture when shopping for fabrics and the enlargement for the
leaf definition.
This is one of Joe’s favorites quilts.
